Getting with the program

It's now been 3 weeks having RSS and 10 days of having a gmail account. Good job catching on! I haven't figured out a way to merge this blog with jgoodwaco, but I'm sure there is a way. It is interesting to see what I wrote back in January. Surprising, a little. Running is serious now, thinking is way up--although the workload doesn't necessarily follow as the Kafka book revealed--and family, well I have ideas there. Wish my office were clean...

Discipline

I think that 2009 is going to be all about discipline for me. Funny that I created this blog last year, yet here it is! Because we practice on Sunday is all about knowing that kind of discipline. Physical discipline, mental discipline--work, life and family--should be an interesting year.
